The Strawberry Hill Shop

The Strawberry Hill Shop is located in Horace Walpole’s ‘Waiting Room’ which also serves as Visitor Reception for the property.

Alongside the Retail and Reception Manager, the Shop is manned by welcoming and knowledgeable volunteers who are happy to offer any help or recommendations needed. The Shop stocks a range of items including souvenirs from your visit, childrens’ toys, cards, gifts as well as a wide range of books covering such themes as Strawberry Hill, Horace Walpole, gothic architecture, the local area and much more! Customers do not have to pay the entry fee into the house to visit the Shop, and are welcome to come along during the house’s open times to browse.

In 2011 we aim to launch our Online Shop where customers can view all our stock and make purchases via this website. However, until then, please do come in to see us in the Shop and we’d be happy to help with anything you might be looking for!
