Gothic Book Club

GOTHIC BOOK CLUB

Strawberry Hill House was the inspiration for the first ever Gothic novel, The Castle of Otranto, written by Horace Walpole.

In the spirit of Walpole’s original Gothic novel, monthly meetings explore some of the seminal texts of Gothic literature. Meetings are free, but booking is essential as numbers are limited.

For more information about dates and the books we are reading, please check our What’s On page.
