Through stories, photographs and floral insights, she explores creative exchange, seasonal flowers and the inspiration she found working with growers and students in one of the world’s most celebrated flower-growing regions.
1pm – Fiona Pickles: Working with the Wild – Internationally acclaimed floral designer Fiona Pickles presents a live demonstration exploring expressive, textural floristry using seasonal, locally sourced and foraged materials. Discover how movement, imperfection and the beauty of the overlooked can be transformed into striking, sculptural arrangements.
3pm – Botanical Printing with Stacey Keay (We Are Woven) – A live talk and demonstration exploring botanical printing and the creative process of capturing the natural forms, colours and textures of plants on paper.

1pm – Arthur Parkinson – Gardener, florist, author and broadcaster Arthur Parkinson explores dahlias, bees, chickens and hazel, and the land on which he grows his flowers.
3pm – Seasonal Flower Drawing with Hannah Bryce and Leigh Chappell – A relaxed, drop-in drawing session inspired by seasonal flowers. Leigh Chappell will lead the drawing, while Hannah Bryce of Minnow & Wolf shares the flowers and the inspiration behind growing them. Drawing boards and pastels will be provided.
11am – Pearl Watt: Curated Nature – Pearl Watt of Millefleur presents A Dance Between Untamed Beauty and the Artfully Designed, a live talk and demonstration exploring how seasonal, locally grown and foraged botanicals can be transformed into expressive floral designs.
1pm – Floral Arrangement and Photography with Leigh Chappell and Janne Ford – Floral designer Leigh Chappell demonstrates how to create a hand-tied bouquet, while floral photographer Janne Ford shares practical tips for capturing flowers beautifully using natural light.
3pm – The Expressive Art of Sogetsu Ikebana – Mariuzs Cwik and Mrs Ikuyo Morrison, founder of the London Branch of the Sogetsu School of Ikebana, joins her student Mariusz Ćwik for a live demonstration exploring creativity, balance and form in contemporary Japanese floral art.
11am – The Art of the Seasonal Bouquet with Leigh Chappell – Floral designer Leigh Chappell creates a richly textured hand-tied bouquet using seasonal, British-grown flowers.
1pm – Flowers on the Edge: Guest Curators’ Panel Discussion – Join guest curators Cissy Bullock and Olivia Wilson for a discussion exploring the inspiration and creative process behind this year’s festival.
3pm – Bex Partridge of Botanical Tales – A live talk and demonstration devoted to dried flowers, with advice on drying techniques and making the most of seasonal materials.
All talks and demonstrations taking place in the Festival Marquee are included with general admission to the Flower Festival.
The festival runs for just four days. To protect this Grade I listed building, ticket numbers are limited—advance booking is strongly recommended.
