Join textile artist Katerina Knight for a one-of-a-kind embroidery experience inspired by the natural world. Stitching with Nature is a slow, mindful workshop welcoming the arrival of spring through hand stitching with dried flowers and botanicals.
During this four-hour workshop, Katerina will introduce a range of hand embroidery techniques that use dried plant materials as alternative textile embellishments. Participants will learn how to incorporate materials such as lavender seeds, cornflowers, dahlia petals and rosemary alongside traditional stitches, creating richly textured and sensorial embroidery samples.
Designed to be calm, immersive and restorative, this workshop is ideal whether you are interested in textiles, gardening, meditation, or simply enjoy learning something new. No previous embroidery experience is needed — you are encouraged to work slowly and at a pace that feels comfortable.
Tickets: £120 | All materials provided.
